Hello! Happy Friyay. It’s April and I am eager to see more GREEN and life after being in such tropical, alive places in Central America.

I got a new-to-me vehicle! Zach and I share it a bit but I like to say it’s mostly mine. 😁 We went for the Volvo XC40, fully electric. Since we have a hybrid, we felt good about having an additional vehicle that’s all electric. I am loving the freedom I now have with a car, like running to Gateway Market for an Olipop or mangos, or getting to the physical therapist at a more convenient time than “when do I have the car?”

PS I was skeptical about the banana cream, but it is SO GOOD.

2. Set my Q2 goals in Notion the last week of March. They feel good. Ambitious, but doable with focus and consistency.

I’m aiming to add a little more vegan meals into the day to day, hitting our revenue goal at Hummingbirds, writing more, weight lifting / daily movement, meal prepping on Sundays, and my personal favorite: hosting a really meaningful, fun 40th for Zach in May!

3. We launched our official online community at Hummingbirds and it felt like a really critical missing piece. In the first few days over 100 people signed up (with only 200 being invited) so that led me to believe we have some real potential. So much of what we’re building is all around community-led growth. It felt like… how can we sell a solution for brands but not embody it ourselves.

We got it prioritized and executed and dang, it feels good to build alongside this fabulous group of humans who care about being local amplifiers.

4. I got this sports shirt and it’s gonna come in handy, I can feel it.

5. Are you a Coconut Cult addict yet? You should be. Linking to Instacart in case that adds value.
