Friday Fives, 7.26.2024

I’ve been looking at events for work in 2025 so it feels like it’s not 2024 anymore. Whoa.

1. I don’t know who needs a reminder how excellent Cheese Bar is but this pic should help. Oh while we’re on the topic of food, Lucky Lotus put my fav dish back on the menu, Khao Poon. Thank me later. It’s true that I almost exclusively eat on Ingersoll.

2. My close friend is having a baby and it reminded me that I made this post about all the things I’m glad I had for Lincoln and what I’d get again. 

3. Real question. Have you listened to my podcast?! I’ve interviewed some amazing people like Rod Johnson from Blk & Bold, Catherine Baxter from Nettie, Steven Vigilante from Olipop and some other really great humans. I cannot forget, I interviewed Lucy Dana from One Trick Pony. She thanked me with her peanut butter and it’s truly superior. I just reordered more. 

4. We love to see sweet P try new things. Not sure tee ball landed. 🤣

5. Flourish apps deadline has ARRIVED. We have five days folks. It’s a pitch competition I helped get off the ground liiike 2018 or so and it’s been going strong since. If this could add value to someone’s life please share and also… would you come to the event? It would mean the whole wide world to me.
